I have suggested a very few verbal corrections, but I have been especially careful not to tone down the warm expressions of a young and devout heart. The prayers are thus as nearly as possible in the same state as originally written. To the young, then, the tender-hearted, and the devout, I commend this Manual, with the prayer that it may be helpful to them, and bring still more home to their hearts the love of their Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.
