The following is an accurate collation of this extremely rare book, of which only two or three leaves were known to Ames; it is also undescribed by Dibdin. At the commencement are eight leaves without signatures, the first of which is blank, b. to j. in eights, k. six, 1. eight and m. six. In all there are Ninety-two leaves.
