** This

very curious volume is divided into four parts, and is of
extreme rarity. It consists of epigrams and other poetical
effusions of the author upon many of the most eminent per-
sons who lived at that period. The 26th, in the fourth book,
is "To my Sister Barksdale." The Heber copy wanted the
first five leaves; but the present remarkably fine copy is per-
fect and has the general title-page.
