How, when, and where lost. Wrecked, December 16, on the Grand Stevenet, in going out of Brest. About 680 of her 1300 seamen and troops perished. Foundered, December 30, off the coast of Ireland. Crew saved by the french 74 Révolution.

Wrecked, at same time, on the Mizen-head; crew, except seven, perished.

Captured, June 13, by the Dryad 36, off Cape-Clear.

(Captured, March 4, by vice-admiral Richard Onslow, commanding the ships of war at Plymouth, having been detained in port, by the orders of the british government, since the commencement of the preceding year. Wrecked, in July, in the river St. Lawrence: crew saved. Burnt by accident and blown up, September 22, in Hamoaze, Plymouth; and most of the crew perished.
