Readings for Ideas and Form

1935. This book of readings for college freshmen was compiled and edited with special reference to the needs of the student rather than the interests of the teacher. It includes only such selections as can reasonably be expected to appeal to student interest. The questions following each selection contribute to the student's ability to read thoughtfully and to grow in power of appreciation of correct literary form.
