Reviling.

Curfing.

194. Curfing forbidden in Scripture, and avoided by the Righteous. Exod. xxii. 28. Thou shalt not curfe the Ruler of thy People. Lev. xix. 14. Thou shalt not curfe the Deaf, nor put a Stumblingblock before the Blind.

Job xxxi. 30. Job faid, neither have I fuffered my Mouth to fin, by wishing a Curfe to his Soul that hated me.

Covetousness.

199. Of Covetoufness. Exod. xx. 17. Thou shalt not covet thy Neighbour's House, thou shalt not covet thy Neighbour's Wife, nor his Man Servant, nor his Maid Servant, nor his Ox, nor his Afs, nor any Thing that is thy Neighbour's. Deut. 15. 21. Rom. 7.7.-13.9.

Pf. cxix. 36. Incline my Heart unto thy Teftimonies, and not to Covetousness,

! 1 Cor. v. 11. I have written to you, if any one that is called a Brother be covetous, &c. with fuch an one no not to eat.
