The Lord is loving unto every man, and His mercy is over all His works. Psalm cxlv. 9.

Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of Lights. James i. 17.

The Lord God is merciful and gracious, keeping mercy for thousands: He will wait that He may be gracious: Thou, Lord, art good, and ready to forgive. Exodus xxxiv. 6, 7. Isaiah xxx. 18. Psalm lxxxvi. 5.

As the heaven is high above the earth, so great is His mercy toward them that fear Him. Psalm ciii. 11.

The Lord hath set apart him that is godly for Himself: He loveth the righteous: He crowneth them with loving-kindness and tender mercies. Psalm iv. 3. cxlvi. 8. ciii. 4.

Like as a father pitieth his children, so the Lord pitieth them that fear Him. Psalm ciii. 13.

O taste and see that the Lord is good; blessed is the man that trusteth in Him. Psalm xxxiv. 8. O how great is Thy goodness which Thou hast

laid up for them that fear Thee, which Thou hast wrought for them that trust in Thee before the sons of men! Psalm xxxi. 19.

O that men would praise the Lord for His goodness, and declare the wonders that He doeth for the children of men! Psalm cvii. 8.

Blessed be the Lord, who daily loadeth us with benefits, even the God of our Salvation. lxviii. 19.

God is holy, just, and true.

HOLY, holy, holy, is the Lord God of Hosts. Isaiah vi. 3.

The Lord is righteous in all His ways, and holy in all His works. Psalm cxlv. 17.

God reigneth over the heathen: God sitteth upon the throne of His Holiness. Psalm xlvii. 8. There is none holy as the Lord: He is of purer

eyes than to behold (a) evil. 1 Samuel ii. 2. Habakkuk i. 12.

The ways of the Lord are right, and the just shall walk in them: He will render unto every man according to his works: just and right is He. Hosea xiv. 9.

Me which is Lord over all, shall fear no man's person, neither shall He stand in awe of any man's greatness, for He hath made the small and great, and careth for all alike. Wisdom vi. 7.

Just and true are Thy ways, Thou King of Saints. Revelation xv. 3.

The Lord is the true God; He is the living God: the judgments of the Lord are true and righteous altogether. Jeremiah x. 10. Psalm xix. 9.

God is not a man, that He should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent; hath He said and shall He not do it? or hath He spoken and shall He not make it good? Numbers xxiii.

The word that He shall speak shall come to pass; He will say the word and will perform it. Ezekiel xii. 25.

Heaven and earth shall pass away, but My words shall not pass away. Matthew xxiv. 35. God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able: The Lord is faithful, who shall stablish you and keep you from evil. 1 Corinthians x. 13. 2 Thessalonians iii. 3.

GOD hath spoken once, twice have I heard this: that power belongeth unto God. Psalm lxii. 11. Come and see the works of God: He ruleth by His power for ever. Psalm lxvi. 5, 7.

Say unto God, how terrible art Thou in Thy works! through the greatness of Thy power shall Thine enemies submit themselves unto Thee. Psalm lxvi. 3.

Great is our Lord and of great power: Let all the earth stand in awe of Him; for He spake and it was done; He commanded and it stood fast. There is nothing too hard for the Lord. Psalm xxxiii. 8, 9.

The floods have lifted up their voice; the floods lift up their waves: The Lord on high is mightier

than the noise of many waters, yea than the mighty waves of the sea. Psalm xciii. 3, 4.

The earth shook and trembled; the foundations of the hills moved and were shaken, because He was wroth: He bowed the heavens also and came down; yea, He did fly upon the wings of the wind: For who is God, save the Lord, or who is a rock, save our God? Psalm xviii. 7. 9, 10. 31. Who is able to stand before Me? Thou, even Thou, art to be feared, and who may stand in Thy sight when once Thou art angry? Job xli. 10. Psalm lxxvi. 7.

Thine, O Lord, is the greatness, and the power, and the glory; both riches and honour come of Thee, and Thou reignest over all; in Thine hand is power and might, and in Thine hand it is to make great and to give strength unto all; now, therefore, our God, we thank Thee, and praise Thy glorious name. 1 Chronicles xxix. 11, 12, 13.
