Be thou exalted, O God, above the heavens; let thy glory be above all the earth. Ver. 11. Ps. cviii. 5. xcvii. 9. Thou art high above all the earth, thou art exalted far above all gods. Isa. xii. 4. Praise the Lord, call upon his name, declare his doings among the people, make mention that his name is exalted. xxxiii. 5.
