IS Majesty has been pleased to approve of the 88th Foot, or Connaught Rangers, retaining on its colours and appointments, the Harp and Crown, with the motto, Quis separabit?" in addition to the other badges and devices which it has been authorised to bear, in commemoration of its distinguished services on various occasions.
