So likewise Dr. Bisse in "The Beauty of Holiness," p. 71. But as it is extremely difficult, if not quite impossible, by any mode of delivering the words, to convey any such meaning, it is better to consider them as again implying, "Let us pray earnestly; let us really-pray."] more sérve-thee in hóliness and púreness of líving, to thy' honour and glóry-through our only-Mediator-and-Advocate, Jésus Christ our Lord.
