11. The Seffions ended at the Old Baily, when the following Malefactors receiv'd Sentence of Death, viz. Dorothy Ord for ftealing out of the Houfe of Nehemiah Farmer 165 Guineas, &c. Ambrofe Fletcher for ftealing out of the Shop of Robert Benn two Silver Watches; Henry Wilcocks for robbing Anne Mafters of her Pocket, a Diamond Ring, and about 7 s. în Money; Thomas Keys alias Kemp for Horfeftealing; and Richard Savage and James Gregory for the Murder of James Sinclair. William Marchant, who was indicted for the fame Murder, was found guilty of Manslaughter, and burnt in the Hand: Patrick Kennedy and James Kerney were found guilty of Perjury at the late Election of the Members for the City of London, and fentenced to ftand in thePillory at the Royal Exchange, and to be imprifon'd fix Weeks.
