A fmall advance in price for rapid conveyance to diftant places, is geterally ftipulated for by the publifhers of periodical works upon the continent; and it would be an act of justice due to the country Bookfellers throughout Great Britain, if a familar ftipulation were generally made by the publishers of fuch works in this country.
