All these are to be paid as well by thofe Lords that are newly created, as by thofe unto whom their Honour defcends: And each Bishop being tranflated unto another Bifhoprick, is to pay again according to the Rates aforesaid.

And also every Temporal Lord being created unto an higher Honour, or unto whom it defcends, is to pay again according to the Rates aforesaid.

Every Lord is to pay for Proxy,

If any Lord new created fend for his Proxy, he fhall fend alfo his Fees for his firft Entrance into the Houfe; 'till then his Proxy is not to be entred or allowed.

Atthe Ending of the Seffion every Peer gives him? freely, each Lord above a Viscount, at leaftBishops or Barons,

Fees due to him by Private Bills.

As for his Majefty's Allowance,, for all Neceffaries belonging to the Houfe, it is anfwered by the Officers upon Demand, but he keeps himself within the Bounds of former Allowances; as thus,

From the Wood-Yard, Coals per Diem,

Charcoal, per Diem,

2 Loads. Sacks.

This is the Winter Allowance, half as much in the Summer. From the Chandry, Torches, Sizes, Wax-Candles and Tallow-Candles are fent for as the Houfe needeth.

From the Apothecary, Perfumes, Sweet Wafers, Urinals and earthen Pots.

From the Great-Wardrobe, the King's Allowance of Sey, of Canvafs, Wool, of Hey, Thread, Syer, Nails, and other Neceffaries for making ready the Houfe; and if more than employed, the Remainder is demanded, or Money taken for it.

From the Groom-Porters, all Iron Neceffaries, Sconces.

From the Removing Wardrobe, Clofe-ftools, Chamber-pots and Candlesticks; but thefe are fent from the Great-Wardrobe by the Lord-Chamberlain's Warrant.

From the Stationers, Pens, Ink, and Paper, Pen-Knives, Service-Books, &c.

The Surveyor is to take care of all Repairs about the House, and the Smith of all Locks and Iron Boits.

The Lodge and little Park at Windfor belongs to him, as being appointed him by the Order, with the Meads thereunto belonging. The Hay is difpofed of by him. The Deer being ferv'd, he has the Keeping of 12 Melch Kine.

The Vineyard alfo belongs to him, for which the King having the Houfe for feveral Offices, as Gentleman-Ufher in the Castle.

He hath alfo two Fee-Bucks, and two Fee-Does.

At the Arraignment of any Knight of the Garter, his Upper Robe belongs to him.

When he is fent beyond Sea to any Prince with the Garter, and an Order that he is to be employed, his Allowance for Ordinary and Extraordinary is from his Majefty per Diem 41.
