Those were excellent Men, and in a fober Senfe, full of the Spirit; which shined forth in their wife Counfels, and their exemplary Lives, vifible, in a manner, to all good Men; unless we may except themselves, whofe great Humility and Modefty would fcarce permit them to see what could not be hid from the obferving World. Under fuch a regular and authorizedMinistry,as was then most justly establish'd, our Church (God be thanked) has fubfifted and flourish'd, and does to this Day. They who ftand here, ftand fafe; while walking by the fame Rule, and minding the fame Thing; daily labouring and endeavouring to have always a Confcience void of Offence towards God and towards Men. Which that we may all do, God of his Mercy grant, thro' our Lord and Saviour Jefus Chrift. Amen.
