27 And he came by the Spirit into the temple: and when the parents brought in the child Jesus, to do for him after the custom of the law,

உஅ அவன் அவரைத் தன்கைக் ளில் ஏந்திக கொண்டு பராபரனைத் தோத்திரித்து ச் சொன்னது.

உகூ ஆண்டவரே, புறத்தேசத் தார்களுக்கு அறிவைக்கொடுப்பத் ற ம உமமுடைய சனங்களாகிய இஸ்ரவேலருக்கு மகிமையுண்டாக குவதற்குமான ஒளியாய்,

ஙய உம்மாலே எல்லாச்சனங்க ளுக்குமுன்பாகவும்,

28 Then took he him up in his arms, and blessed God, and said,

29 Lord, now lettest thou thy servant depart in peace, according to thy word :

30 For mine eyes have seen thy salvation,

31 Which thou hast prepared before the face of all people ;

32 A light to lighten the Gentiles, and the glory of thy people Israel.

33 And Joseph and his mother marvelled at those things which were spoken of him.

34 And Simeon blessed them, and said unto Mary his mother, Behold, thischild is set for the fall and rising again of many in Israel; and for a sign which shall be spoken against;

35 (Yea, a sword shall pierce through thy own soul also,) that the thoughts of many hearts may be revealed.

கூஉ தேவரீர் உமமுடைய வார் த்தையின்படி இப்பொழுது அடி யேனைச் சமாதானத்தோடே யனு பபிவிடுகிறீரென்றான்.

ஙங அப்படி அவரைக்குறித்து ச்சொல்லப்பட்டவைகளை அவரு டைய தாயும் இயோசேப்புங்கேட் டு, ஆச்சரியப்பட்ட ார்கள்.

நஎ ஏறக்குறைய எண்பத்தினா லுவயதுள்ள அந்தக்கைம் பெண். தேவாலயத்தைவிட்டு நீங்காமல, ரவும் பகலுஞ் செபமபணணி உ பவாசித்து, ஆராதனை செய்துகொ ண்டுவந்தாள்.

ஙஅ அவளும் அவவேளையிலே போய் நின்று பராபரனைத்துதித து, எருசலேமிலே மீட்புண்டாகக் காத்திருந்த யாவருடனேயும் அவ ரைக்குறித்துப்பேசினாள்.

கூகூ பராபரனுடைய நியாயப் பிரமாணத்தின்படி சகலத்தையும அவர்கள்செய்துமுடித்தபின்பு கலி லேயா தேசத்திலுள்ள தங்களூரா கிய நாசரேத்தூருக்குத் திரும்பினா ர்கள்.

சுய பிள்ளையானது வளர்ந்து ஆ வியிலே பலனகொண்டு, ஞானத்தா ல் நிறையப்பட்டுத் தேவ தயவுளள வரானார்.

சக அவருடைய தாய் தகப்பன் மார் பஸ்காவின் பண்டிகைக்கு வரு டந்தோறும் எருசலேம் பட்டினத திறகுப்போவார்கள்.

சஎ அவருடைய வசனங்களைக் கேடடயாவரும் அவருடைய புத தியையும் மாறுததரங்களையுங் குறி த்து, பிரமித்தார்கள்

48 And when they saw him, they were amazed: and his mother said unto him, Son, why hast thou

சஅ (தாய்தகப்பன் மார்) அவ ரைக்கண்டு, அதிசயப்பட்டார்கள். அல்லாமலும் அவருடைய தாய், அவரைநோக்கி, மகனே என்னத்தி

thus dealt with us ? behold,னாலே நீயெங்களுக்கு இப்படிச்செ ய்தாய்? இதோ, உன் தகப்பனும் நானும் விசாரத்தோடே உன்னை த்தேடினோமே யென்றாள்.

thy father and I have sought thee sorrowing.

49 And he said unto them, How is it that ye

சகூ அதற்கவர் நீங்களென்னை ஏன் தேடினீர்கள். நான் என் தகப sought me? wist ye not பனுக்கேற்றவைகளிலே யிருக்கவே that I must be about my ணடியதெனறறியீர்களா என்றார்.

ருய அவர்கள் தங்களுக்கு அவர் சொன்ன வார்த்தையின (கருத்ை த) உணர்ந்துகொள்ளவில்லை.

ருக பின்பு அவர் அவர்களுடனே கூடப்போய், நாசரேத்தூரிற்சேர் ந்து அவர்களுக்குக் கீழடங்கினார். நடந்த சங்கதிகளை யெல்லாம் அவ ருடைய தாய் தன்னிருதயத்திற்கா த்துக்கொண்டாள்.

52 And Jesus increased

ருஉ இயேசுவானவர் ஞானத்தை

2 Annas and Caiaphas being the high priests, the word of God came unto

John the son of Zacharias in the wilderness.

மார்க்கத் தை நன்றாகச் செய்து அவருக்காக ப்பாதைகளைச் செமமை பண்ணுங் . ெ ளன்றும்,

4 As it is written in the book of the words of Esaias

the prophet, saying, The voice of one crying in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the Lord, make his paths straight.

5 Every valley shall be filled, and every mountain and hill shall be brought low; and the crooked shall வழிகள் சமனாகுமென்றும் மனித be made straight, and the ரெல்லாரும பராபரனுடைய rough ways shall be made

ரு பள்ளங்களெல்லாம் நிரப்ப ப்படுஞ் சகலமலைகளுங் குன்றுகளு தாழ்த்தப்படும். கோணலானபா தைகள் செமமையாகும் முருட்டு

ப்பைக் காணபார்களென்றும், smooth ;
வனாந்தரத்திலே கூப்பிடுகிற

னுடைய சத்தமுண்டென்று சாயா தீர்க்கதரிசியி னுடைய புத்த கத்தில் எழுதியிருக்கிற பிரகாரமா கப்பிரசங்கித்தான்.

6 And all flesh shall see the salvation of God.
