Public Act.

to extend and operate, and be in force with respect to the Sum of Money allowed to be raised, and to the additional Shares to be made or created under this Act, and alfo with refpect to all matters and things whatsoever, which may happen or arise in the Execution of this Act, as fully and effectually to all Intents and Purposes as if the fame and every Part thereof were repeated and reenacted in this A&t, and were made Part thereof; and the faid recited Acts and this A& fhall, as to all matters and things whatsoever, except as aforefaid, be conftrued as one A&t.

XIV. And be it further enacted, That this A& shall be deemed and taken to be a public Act, and shall be Judicially taken Notice of as fuch by all Judges, Juftices and others, without being specially pleaded.
