Confirmation of
Wife's Property. Bequest of Life Annuities, with
option to one Annuitant to take a gross Sum in lieu.
Bequest of particular Debts owing from Testator's
Brothers, and of Lands taken in part Payment thereof,
for the Benefit of the Brothers or their Children.
General Devise and Bequest of Real and Personal
Estate in Trust for Sale, and Conversion into Money
to be applied in discharge of Debts, &c., in providing
for the Annuities, and a Residence for the Testator's
Wife. Gift of Legacies with Interest to Children, to
vest at specified Times, with Provisions for Invest-
ment, Maintenance, Accumulation, and Advancement
during a Suspense of vesting, and for the Destination
of Legacies failing to vest. Trusts of Residue for
Children in certain Events, with Trusts over for other
Children. Accumulation Clause. General Power of
leasing. Power to permit Funds to remain invested
as at Testator's Death. Dower Clause. Appoint-
ment of Wife to be Guardian during Widowhood, with
further Appointment on her Death or Marriage.

3. Will of Real and Personal Estate. Gift of Legacies
charged on Real and Personal Estate, some being for
the separate use of married Women. Devise of Lands
to Tenants in Common in Fee. Legacies and Devises
to be in bar and satisfaction of certain Claims of the
Legatees. Bequest of the Testator's Business, Capital,
Stock, Book Debts, Money, and Funds, in equal third
Shares (subject to the Payment as to each Share of
one-third of the Funeral and Testamentary Expenses,
Debts, and Legacies of the Testator), to Three Lega-
tees, one being a Female. Direction that the Business
shall be carried on by the Male Legatees, and special
Directions as to the Investment and Accumulation of
the Third Share given to the Female of the Capital
and Profits, if she refuse to accept the same, with
ultimate disposition thereof. Direction that one of
the Male Legatees shall give the other a Bond to
secure his Share of the Business. Gift of Residue of
Real and Personal Estate. Proviso as to the primary
Fund for the Payment of Funeral and Testamentary
Expenses, Debts, and Legacies. Usual Clauses . 36
4. Will of Personal Estate. Bequest of Stock in Trade,
Trade Debts, and Money at Bankers' standing to the
Credit of Trade, to two of Testator's Sons, and Ap-
pointment of them to be Executors, so far only as
relates to the Premises bequeathed to them. Declara-
tion that the Sons shall hold the Premises bequeathed
to them, upon Trust to collect the Trade Debts within
two Years from the Testator's Death, and within that
time to pay the same, and the Money at the Bankers',
to the Testator's general Executors, and upon Trust
to pay the Debts due from the Trade out of the Stock
in Trade. Subject thereto, the Stock in Trade and
Goodwill to belong to the Sons absolutely. Bequest
of a Leasehold House and Household Effects to Tes-
tator's Wife. General Bequest of Residue upon usual
Trusts. Appointment of general Executors, with
usual Powers

cies to Daughters. One to an Infant to fall into
Residue on her Death under Twenty-one, but the
Interest to be paid to her in the mean time. Lega-
cies of Daughters dying in Testator's Lifetime to go to
their Children. Legacy to a Charity. Gift of Re-
sidue to Children equally, and Settlement with Special
Trusts for Investment of the Shares of Daughters, and
of Sons dying in the Testator's Lifetime leaving Chil-
dren. Power for Daughters to give Life Interests to
their Husbands, and to Trustees to vary the Settle-
ments. Usual Clauses. Power to lay out Trust-
